Sweat Chic

I can't deal with this weather. I just can't. Like I have been in the worst moods lately. And exercising is not happening. UGHHuuhhh. Of course I will use all the excuses as to why I can't go to the gym and as to why I cant lose weight. I can however find time to lay in bed and stalk people. No I do not have a problem.. ok, maybe a little.
SOOO my question for you all is what are some of your favorite workouts?! help a fellow glamchick out(:
However, I do have some fashion tips for when going to the gym...

1) Dont put makeup on before you go to the gym. Yeah, if you wore makeup today and tonight you want to go to the gym you don't have to take it off. BUT if the first thing you do in the morning is go to the gym, drop the foundation. You will look redic and all the rest of the girls there will judge.

2) Please sweat. sweating is winning. and if you are not working hard enough to sweat, the guys will not be checking out the great ass that you do not have. So sweat.

3) You can look cute in workout clothes. There is no need to dress chic at the gym. You will again look like a fool and everyday clothes are not meant for the gym. There are so many cute tanks and spandex out there that will actually make you look like you know what you are doing even if you have no idea!

So yea thats all for now.... I should probably listen to my consious and hit the gym.
