Hey alllll!
I have been trying to loose a few lbs for a few months now. Since college has started my time for working out has declined while my weight has shot up. It is such a frustrating thing when your diet doesn't change, or improves, yet you gain weight due to lack of activity. Also, I am a model for a local photographer, and hoping that this career branches into more than it currently is...
With all of this being said, as I was working of a design project yesterday, I decided to check into diet plans. There are SO many out there! After searching for a while and completely ditching some while keeping others in the back of my mind, I came across the Paleo Diet. I LOVE FOOD which can cause problems when wanting to lose weight, but with the Paleo diet there is a huge list of foods that are acceptable to eat.
Today is day one, and I have yet to eat something this morning, however I will not give up or give in! The end result is what I want. So here we go!
Tips and Tricks:
1. find a diet that is right for you. Just because it worked for your best friend or a movie star doesn't mean it will work for you. discover some of the foods you cannot live without and your daily schedule... go from there
2. Dieting doesn't mean you don't need to hit the gym. It takes two to tango... you AND the GYM.
3. Think of your goal. Do'nt give in to that delectable slice of cake. You will regret it. Think of the end and how close you are... if you give in, you're a step back!
4. You didn't gain 10lbs from one burger, it took many bad choices. You can cheat every once in a while, but with that being said work harder for those cheats.
5. You didn't gain weight in one night, you wont lose weight in one day.
